This pasta salad recipe is my go-to dish for potlucks, summer BBQs, and picnics. It’s always a hit with friends and family, and it’s so easy to make!

-1 lb. pasta (I like to use rotini or shells)
-1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/2 cup diced red onion
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-1 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. black pepper
-1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
